5.9% Mixed Culture Sour w/British Chuckleberries | 375 | Blended from an even split of four-month-old golden and amber base beers, both primary fermented with super berry and citrus forward Brettanomyces strains. This blend was transferred to 200g/l of whole British grown chuckleberries and aged for an additional month. Chuckleberries are a hybrid of redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry (the latter also being a blackcurrant gooseberry cross). This dark reddish/purple fruit the size of a blackcurrant provides complex jammy flavours with a lingering tart sweetness.
