Patrons Project 29.03 – Northern Monk – 8% Oat Cream DIPA

8% Oat Cream DIPA | 440 | Making a grand return to his Patron’s Project for the first time since 2022, we have Rob C Art coming back with a newly imagined themed and look for this freshest release. This is an Oat Cream DIPA at 8%. Everything you know and love about our hefty New England hazies but heavily layered with loads of oat and lactose for an uber rich texture. The fuller mouthfeel helps carry a load of bright tropical notes that are brought in by some newer US hop varieties. Krush has big tropical fruit punch vibes, bursting with orange, guava and mango. While Dolcita offers a load of sweet, candied fruit notes, pineapple, peaches and even a touch of Daiquiri. We’re stoked to have Rob’s artwork back in our lives again and can’t wait for the rest of the series.
