Poutine – Beak X Brasserie du Bas-Canada – 8% DIPA

8% DIPA | 440 | Celebrating These Hills, our festival of world-class beer, this DIPA was brewed Brasserie du Bas-Canada. Built on Bestmalz light pilsner malt and fermented with Haze Heaven from WHC, it’s been lavishly hopped with our hand-selected Citra and Mosaic from Yakima Chief, alongside Riwaka and Nectaron. A soft, saturated haze bomb bursting with mango pulp, crushed citrus, passion fruit, pineapple candy and white peach, with a bright lime-zest snap.
