Tagaroa – Holy Goat X Homeland (Holland) – 7.4% BA Flanders Red

7.4% BA Flanders Red | 375 | Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Homeland Brewery (Amsterdam), this Flanders Red-inspired sour is a blend of 80% young stock beer, aged in stainless steel for three months, and 20% mature stock beer, aged in whisky casks for an average of one year. The blend was refermented and conditioned on 220g/L of blueberries, blackberries and tayberries. The result is a complex, fragrant sour with layers of fruit jam, balsamic cherry and oak.
