Limonata Sour – Holy Goat X Newbarns – 5.4% Limonata Sour w/Spanish Lemons

5.4% Limonata Sour w/Spanish Lemons | 375 | Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Newbarns Brewery, we took inspiration from Limonata soft drinks to produce our own mixed fermentation version. Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats. Fermented for three months with Brettanomyces and soured with our house culture. We refermented this base beer with over 100kg of lemons, with a mixture of 60kg comminute and 40kg organically grown whole lemons from Comares, Spain. The whole lemons were zested and juiced by hand.
