5% Black IPA | 440 | For this beer, we’ve returned to one of our favourite styles here at Black Iris, the Black IPA. For me, there is no other beer style that encapsulates the kind of freedom and quest for innovation that thrived in the beer scene around 2014-18. We focused on pushing the initial pine bitterness in this beer with Cascade and Simcoe whole leaf in the boil, in good numbers to counteract the mat sweetness, while finishing El Dorado and Idaho 7 at pitch. The whole thing comes together with Strata T90 in conditioning.
 
Chocolate, pine, orange, whilst all at a smashable 5% for extra drinkability.
