5.5% Limoncello IPA | 440 | The final release in our second Culinary Concepts series and we’ve recruited a couple of slice slingers to help us celebrate. Fratello’s based out of our Leeds Refectory, and Slice Culture who’re manning the ovens over in York. Limoncello is synonymous with Italian dining and celebrations. Ice cold from the freezer and raised with friends. This citrussy, smooth hazy IPA is designed to take you straight back to these moments while sitting alongside your next slice. We’ve opted for a soft and breezy mouthfeel from flaked oat and some wheat. Citra of course had to make an appearance for its bright citrus notes, and Cashmere hops bring a complimentary lemon palm and lightly herbal character over the top.
