4.5% Pale | 440 | Pale Ale with Simcoe® & Saphir Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Woodshedding The recipe features heritage Plumage Archer from Warminster & raw wheat from Gothelney Farm in Bridgwater, part of the South West Grain Network, to ground the beer in the land that inspires Woodshedding's approach. Our hopping regime brings a vibrancy & freshness from the wider world of hop farming; it combines a crop of Simcoe, hand-selected from this years harvest, with the spicier, floral notes of Saphir that hum with the budding promise of summer to come.
